Within long-form writing, I have applied my communication education and background to articles meant to drive online traffic in publishing, media, and education technology roles. Below, I’ve included samples from Mediaplanet, a marketing-driven media company on which I wrote several articles in an online capacity. For other organizations, I have drafted and published blog posts and feature articles in a corporate communication capacity, or as a part of community outreach.

Prior Journalistic Work
My background in writing started with an education in journalism and communication, so it’s no surprise that I also have experience with more traditional newspaper and magazine formats. From my college days, I have experience in the classroom and within news offices as a contributor of journalistic content, including gathering interviews, doing research, and fact-checking as needed.
